It sound like your blog contain malware detected or some unwanted configurations. It might show up differently between Desktop and mobile version that makes unexpected experience for mobile users.

Perhaps it redirects mobile users to different url version of your blog so please make sure you didn’t configure wrong option.

If you’re on Blogger, please check recent configuration such as template change or custom code. If you do, reverse to classic template and find a safe one.

To solve the problem on Webmaster tool, you need to make the same version of both version and submit your website for review.

The below is how to request for review:

Bro, I hope this help. Moreover, if you could show the blog url, I think I give more answer about the issue.

Oh. What’s more, please go to your profile and update it. Add your blog url and other social profiles so it will show up here under forum author.

That isn’t a right way to check your blog, my opinion. Even if it provides vital phone os to test your website, but it’s recommended to use real phone.

What’s more, webmaster tool provides more information regarding the issue such as the exactly url or page. And if you believe that it’s Google’s mistake, you should submit blog for review.

Find the above link to submit your blog for review.
